Gemstone & Tower Skills

There are 5 types of "Gemstone" in SpaceY 2025, and each of them serves its unique purpose and provides extra utility on the battlefield.

They will drop randomly when you complete levels, as well as participating in the endless mode. You can also purchase them in the ingame shop.

Currently there are 5 levels of Gemstones, and all "Gemstone" can be leveled up using the synthesis menu located in the main base. 3 of the same level gems can be synthesized into 1 higher gem.

Higher level gems will provide the same utility as the low level gems, but a lot better.

Each Gem is a 1 time Consumable Item that lasts for the whole duration of the battle, or until a new gem is equipped.

Red gems:

When attached to towers will inflect burn debuff on the enemies.

Except for shock towers, which will add base damage to the tower instead.

Burn debuff will be removed if the enemy is attacked with freeze debuff.

​Blue gems

When attached to towers will inflect freeze debuff on the enemies, slowing them

When attached to Shock towers it will increase its base critical chance instead.

​Yellow gems

When attached to Mortar, Laser, and Gatlin towers, it will have a chance to stun enemies.

And for all other types of towers, it will increase their base critical chance.

When attacking a enemy with freeze debuff, tower with yellow gems will deal extra damage.

Green gems

When attached to towers will inflect poison debuff on the enemies, dealing damage over time.

When attached to Shock towers it will increase its base critical chance instead.

High level green gems will lower enemies' armor.

Purple gems

Purple gems provide multi purpose to towers, and grant them special utilities depends on the tower type.

When attached to Sentry, Missle, Laser, Gatlin towers, it will increase their attack range.

When attached to Mortar, Firethrower towers, tower attacks can knock back enemies.

When attached to Shock, Sniper towers, tower attacks will have a chance to release chain lighting, damaging multiple enemies at once.

Attaching gems:

While in battle select the gem tab, click and drag the gem onto the tower you wish to attach.

And click on the tower to see what gem is attached and what special effects are they providing.

Synthesis gems

3 gems of the same level can be synthesized into a higher level gem

you can synthesize gems in the main base, by selecting the lower level gem and click the synthesis button.

And the same applies to the battle scene as well.
