How to Create a Node

Step 1: Log In to the MetaY Platform

1. On the login page, select MetaMask to log in.

1. In the MetaMask extension, confirm your wallet address and click the Confirm button.

Step 2: Create a Node

1. On the main page, click NODES, then select Create.

1. Drag the slider to choose your desired staking amount. The corresponding number of $METAY tokens will appear above the slider.

2. Select the percentage of revenue share you wish to collect from participants joining your node (any integer between 0 and 50).

3. Check the terms box, then click the Create button to finalize the setup.

Step 3: Confirm and Finalize the Node Creation

1. In the MetaMask extension, click Switch Network. No manual selection is needed as the system will automatically match the required chain.

1. Confirm the transaction by clicking Next.

1. Click Approve and ensure your wallet has sufficient BNB to cover the estimated fee.

1. Complete the transaction by clicking Confirm to finalize the node creation process.

Step 4: View and Manage Your Node

1. Return to the Node page and select the Owned tab.

2. Locate the node you just created.

3. Rename your node to improve organization and management, if desired.
